Bond refund confirmation

When a tenancy ends and you and the agent agree to refund the bond in full, Rental Bonds Online (RBO) emails you both a confirmation. It's the strongest proof that your last tenancy ended cleanly.

What to upload

The RBO email about the agreed refund, saved as a PDF or a screenshot
One file for each previous tenancy you have one for

Add the RBO email PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC · up to 10 MB each. During testing, please upload sample files only.

Not required. If you don't have one, your application is assessed the same way, just without this extra evidence. The agent sees it listed as a "deal maker", not as a score.
